Terms of Use

These terms describe the current Landly account and portfolio service. Payment collection features are not included until they are made available in the product.

Last updated 5 August 2026

Using Landly

You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure and use Landly only for lawful rental management activities. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

A landlord may invite a tenant only where they have a legitimate rental relationship and permission to use the tenant's email address for that purpose.

Account roles and information

Each account has a landlord or tenant role selected during setup. Landlords are responsible for the accuracy of property, unit and invitation information they add.

Tenants must sign in with the email address that received an invitation before connecting to a unit.

Availability

We may update, suspend or discontinue features as the service develops. We aim to keep Landly reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Features shown as planned or not yet available do not form part of the current service.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, interfere with other users or use invitations for spam or harassment.

Liability and contact

Landly is a management tool and does not provide legal, tax or financial advice. Landlords and tenants remain responsible for their agreements and obligations to each other.
