Now onboarding landlords
The rent account belongs to the landlord, not the tenant.
Set up your whole portfolio — every property, every unit, every tenant — in one ledger. You assign who pays for which unit, you see what has landed, and you decide who gets an extension. Tenants pay by UPI and get rewarded for paying on time.

The problem
Two units is admin. Eight units is a second job.
Nothing about collecting rent is hard on its own. It breaks because the record of what happened lives in four places at once — chat history, bank app, a notebook, and your memory.
01
The 5th-of-the-month WhatsApp round
One message per tenant, then the follow-ups, then the screenshots you have to squint at to confirm the amount actually matched.
02
Cash that never gets written down
A tenant hands over rent in person, you mean to note it later, and by the 20th you are not sure whether 3A paid in full or short by ₹2,000.
03
A spreadsheet only you understand
One tab per building, colour codes you invented, and no history of who asked for an extension or why you agreed to it.
04
Payments you find out about late
Bank statements do not say which unit paid. Reconciling four units is tedious; reconciling twelve is a weekend.
How it works
Three steps, then it runs on its own.
- 1
Build your portfolio
Add each property, then the units inside it, then assign a tenant and a rent amount to each unit. The structure is yours — tenants join units you created, they cannot add you.
Property → Unit → Tenant
- 2
Tenants pay by UPI
Your tenant opens the app, sees exactly what is due for their unit, and pays from any UPI app. The receipt is issued instantly, with the unit and month on it.
Instant receipt, no screenshots
- 3
Watch the whole ledger
Every unit shows paid, pending, or overdue in real time. Send a reminder from the same screen, and approve or decline an extension request without a phone call.

What is different
A closed system you control, not an open payment rail.
The other rent apps are built for the person paying. This one is built for the person collecting.
Who owns the account
Generic rent apps: The tenant. Anyone can add any landlord and start paying.
Landly: The landlord. You create the units and invite the tenant into them.
What you can see
Generic rent apps: One payment at a time, from the tenant's side.
Landly: Every unit across every property, in one status view.
Asking for more time
Generic rent apps: A phone call and an informal promise.
Landly: A dated extension request you approve or decline, kept on the record.
Who funds the rewards
Generic rent apps: Credit card issuers — and most now exclude rent.
Landly: The platform. Tenants earn for paying on time, whatever they pay with.
For tenants
Paying rent should leave a paper trail you can actually use.
A receipt the moment you pay
Dated, with the unit, the month and the landlord's name on it. Download the set when you file your HRA claim instead of chasing signatures in April.
Rewards for paying on time
Funded by us, not by a card issuer. Rent counts here even though most cards have stopped counting it.
Ask for more time, properly
Request a new due date in the app with a reason. Your landlord approves or declines, and both of you have the same record of it.
Get the app
Pick your phone. We will tell you the day it lands.
Both apps are in build. Choose a platform and we will carry that choice into the waitlist form below.
