Privacy Policy

This page is maintained by Landly to explain how information is handled when landlords and tenants use the service.

Information we collect

We collect account details you provide, such as your name, email address and phone number. Landlords may add portfolio, property and unit information and invite tenants by email.

We also process basic technical information needed to keep sessions secure and understand whether key product steps are completed. Product events are designed not to include names, email addresses, phone numbers or rental details.

How we use information

We use information to provide account access, connect invited tenants to units, operate portfolio workflows, respond to support requests and improve reliability.

Landly does not sell personal information or use rental information for advertising.

Access and sharing

Landlords can access the portfolios, properties, units and invitations they create. Tenants can access an invitation sent to their email and unit information after they accept it.

Service providers may process limited information where needed to operate hosting, authentication and email delivery. Landly remains responsible for its own product practices; platform capabilities are not an independent certification of Landly.

Retention and choices

We retain account and rental information while it is needed to provide the service and meet legitimate operational or legal needs. You may ask us to correct or delete eligible information by contacting support.

Some records may be retained where required for security, dispute handling or legal obligations.
